SY-9900 curtain wall silicone structural sealant

    SHUANGYUAN SY-9900 is a single-component neutral silicone structural sealant specially developed for curtain wall projects. It cures at room temperature, has high modulus and high elasticity, and is specifically designed for structural bonding.
   

    After curing, the product forms a high-strength elastomer with a tensile strength of 1.1 MPa and a elongation at break of 265%. It can withstand temperature differences, wind pressure and displacement deformation of the curtain wall. It has excellent weather resistance, resistance to ultraviolet rays, resistance to ozone, and resistance to high and low temperatures. It does not crack or powder over a long period of use, and the warranty lasts up to 30 years.

    For most building materials such as glass, aluminum, steel and stone, it has strong adhesion without the need for a primer, and the curing process is non-corrosive. It is suitable for the assembly of concealed-frame, semi-concealed-frame curtain walls, skylights, and aluminum plate curtain wall structures.
