What is neutral mold-resistant sealant?

    A neutral silicone sealant with highly effective anti-mildew factors, without corrosiveness or pungent odor, featuring three functions of sealing, waterproofing and anti-mildew.

    It is specially designed for damp and prone-to-mildew environments, suitable for various substrates, balancing practicality and environmental friendliness. According to national standards, it is classified as 0 grade, 1 grade, and 2 grade. Among them, grade 0 is the highest anti-mildew level, indicating no mold growth, and is the preferred choice for damp areas such as kitchens, bathrooms, shower rooms, washbasins, balconies, as well as baseboards, tile joints, and surrounding areas of bathroom fixtures. It can also be used for sealing in mild damp indoor and outdoor environments.
   

    The surface dries in 1-3 hours, and fully cures in about 24 hours. Before application, the base material needs to be cleaned to ensure it is clean and dry. Do not apply glue on surfaces with water or oil stains; otherwise, it will affect the anti-mildew and bonding effects.

    This high-quality product can maintain its anti-mildew effect for 3-5 years or more with normal use and ventilation. Avoid long-term water accumulation and lack of ventilation to extend the anti-mildew lifespan.
