Danling A500 is a one-component, neutral oxime type curing silicone sealant, specially designed for general sealing in construction and home decoration. It cures at room temperature in contact with moisture, forming a high elastic silicone rubber. It possesses five core advantages: weather resistance, waterproofing, anti-aging, low corrosion, and easy application. It is suitable for sealing and bonding in various scenarios such as doors and windows, curtain walls, kitchens and bathrooms, and prefabricated buildings.

II. Core Components and Curing Mechanism
Main chain structure: Polydimethylsiloxane (Si–O bond), with high bond energy and stable structure, determining the basis of weather resistance and thermal stability.
Composition: Siloxane polymer + crosslinking agent + nano-fillers + coupling agent + environmental-friendly catalyst.
Curing mechanism: Neutral oxime type, which undergoes crosslinking and curing from the surface to the inside when exposed to moisture in the air; surface dry within 10–30 minutes, initial curing within 24 hours, reaching the best strength within 7 days; no acidic corrosion, low odor.

VI. Construction Tips and Precautions
Surface treatment: dry, clean, free of oil stains / dust / loose debris; moisture / oil stains can cause detachment.
Construction conditions: environmental temperature 5℃–40℃, humidity 40%–70%; avoid frost, rain, direct exposure to strong wind.
Gluing thickness: joint width 8–15 mm, thickness ≥5 mm; too thin can cause cracking, too thick can slow down curing.
Curing and maintenance: can be adjusted before surface dry (about 30 minutes); avoid rain / stress within 24 hours; reach the best strength within 7 days.
Forbidden substrates: not suitable for asphalt, oily substrates, mirror-like acrylic, some soft PVC; it is recommended to conduct a small-scale bonding test before use.
