1. Strong collaboration to jointly build a landmark benchmark

As a regional landmark building, this project has a total construction area of over 200,000 square meters. The exterior facade adopts a combined design of large-area glass curtain walls and metal panels, which imposes strict requirements on the weather resistance, adhesion strength and anti-aging properties of the sealant.

Product selection: The SY-9600 high-performance curtain wall silicone weatherproof sealant and SY-9700 neutral silicone structural sealant are specially customized for dual sources. These products comply with international and domestic standards such as GB16776 and ASTM C1184, and possess excellent stability across an extremely wide temperature range of -40℃ to 150℃. They have strong resistance to ultraviolet rays and are resistant to rain erosion. They will not crack, discolor or turn black even after long-term use.

Key Cooperation Highlights: A dual-source team was formed to participate in the entire process of project sealing scheme design, material selection, construction guidance, and quality inspection. For the challenges in high-rise and elevated construction, professional technical training and on-site practical guidance were provided to ensure that over 30,000 pieces of sealant were accurately applied to key areas such as the bonding of curtain wall structures, weatherproof sealing, and stone filling, perfectly meeting the sealing requirements of 80,000 square meters of curtain wall.

Engineering Achievements: Since the project was completed 5 years ago, it has withstood extreme weather conditions such as typhoons, high temperatures, and severe cold. The performance of the dual-source glass adhesive has remained stable, and the sealing effect has been flawless. This has enabled the project to win the "China Construction Engineering Lu Ban Award", making it a model project for sealing of super high-rise curtain walls.
