Haikou Meilan International Airport T2 Terminal (located in an area with severe corrosive environment along the coast)

The project is situated in the tropical coastal region, where high humidity, high salt spray, and strong ultraviolet radiation pose extremely high requirements for the salt spray resistance, anti-aging, and mold prevention performance of sealants. The dual-source SY-9900 curtain wall structural sealant was successfully bid for and used for the structural bonding and sealing of the glass curtain wall and aluminum plate curtain wall of the terminal building.

Core applications: Structural bonding of curtain walls, weatherproof sealing of exterior walls, waterproof sealing of window frames;
Performance: Passed a 5,000-hour salt spray test, with a mold prevention grade of 0, showing no mold growth or detachment in long-term humid environments, and stable performance from -40℃ to 120℃;
Engineering value: Suitable for extreme climates in the tropical coastal area, ensuring the long-term safe and stable operation of the terminal building's curtain wall system, and becoming a benchmark case for airport building sealing in Hainan region.
